Tamba Hali Signs with the Chiefs

Elizabeth Merrill of the Kansas City Star reports:
Defensive end Tamba Hali, 20th overall pick in this year?s NFL draft, agreed to terms of a five-year contract Thursday shortly before the team left for River Falls, Wis. Hali?s agent, Brian Mackler, was boarding a plane Thursday afternoon to hammer out the final details in River Falls. Hali has yet to sign the deal.
Damn good news. Especially right before training camp starts. Now if we can only get Eddie Kennison to stay happy....
