The last play features LJ scoring off a draw, and guess who breaks into the second level to negate none other than Brian Urlacher to spring LJ?

I really like Taylor. I don't think he's a starting LT in this league, but he's a solid run blocker with swift feet. I just don't think he is nimble enough to keep up with elite DEs. He is a serviceable backup LT, however. One that we could have for an extremely long time, maybe he could challenge Barry Richardson for RT next year.

I've long been touting Taylor as a candidate to surprise some people this year. I hope Taylor sticks around for a long time on this team; I honestly don't remember the last time we had adequate depth on OL.

Listen, it's never too early to talk about the future. All the reports right now from fans and experts alike are that Richardson is a great runblocker but he hasn't displayed the swiftness just yet to be a great pass blocker. It's too early to say, but it's not out of the question that he might follow the familiar path that lineman take when they can't keep up at tackle: try out at guard.

Taylor is a tackle through and through. RT might be his gig, where he can take on more powerful DEs rather than swifter rushers at LT. I know it's just one game, but the possibilities are really exciting.
